1. General Terms
Welcome to dressli.gr. The use of this website and any purchases made through it are governed by the following terms and conditions. The completion of your order implies your full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Payment Methods
For your convenience, dressli.gr offers the following payment options:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): You pay the total amount of your order upon delivery of the products by the courier company. The cash on delivery service is provided at no extra cost.
- Bank Transfer: You can deposit the total amount of your order into our Alpha Bank account. Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Card Payment: Ability to pay via credit, debit, and prepaid cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.
Transaction Security: All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will then be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped all over Greece through our partner courier company, ACS Courier.
- Shipping Cost: For every order, the shipping cost is €5.00.
- Free Shipping: Shipping costs are free for all orders with a total value of over €80.00.
- Delivery Time: Delivery time is estimated between 1 to 3 business days from the dispatch of the order. In cases of remote or inaccessible areas, delivery may take longer.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
You have the right to return products or request a change of size or item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The option for an exchange is provided only for orders within Greece.
Return Conditions: For a return or exchange to be accepted, the product must be unused, intact, in its original packaging, and with all its tags attached. It must also be accompanied by the proof of purchase. Returns of products with damage, stains, odors, or signs of use will not be accepted.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for jewelry, underwear, socks, and tights. Swimwear is accepted only if it has not been worn and carries all tags and protective hygiene stickers.
Return/Exchange Procedure:
- Communication with a company representative at dressli.gr@gmail.com or at +30.6955932252, +30.2541306880 is required to register the exchange request.
- A new order is created, and the new product is shipped upon receipt and inspection of the returned package.
- The costs of the return and the new shipment are borne exclusively by the customer, unless the return is due to our error. For the return, you can use any courier company, but the packages must be shipped with sender-paid fees. Packages sent with receiver-paid fees (cash on delivery to us) will not be accepted.
Refunds: The monetary refund is processed within 14 business days from the receipt and approval of the return. The refund is made via bank transfer to an Alpha Bank account. In the event that the customer chooses a different bank account, any transaction or bank transfer fees are borne exclusively by the customer.
Return Address: dressli.gr operates exclusively as an online store. Returns are made solely via shipping to the following address: An. Dimitriou 79, 67131, Xanthi, Greece.
